For the fastest car insurance claims service, be prepared with basic information:
- Car insurance policy number
- Insured's name and address
- Date and details of the damage or injury
- Names and contact information for other parties involved in the accident (if applicable)
Also be sure to keep a detailed account of the accident, including names and phone numbers of anyone who witnessed the accident. Take note of the dates and times of conversations you have with law enforcement officials, car insurance claims representatives and others regarding the accident.
